Using a fully automated production process from start to finish limits interruptions in production due to lapses in the supply chain, and allows us to have control over all steps.

This innovative process has multiple procedures to ensure that the good quality products are delivered to clinicians and patients. The process is monitored by trained personal to ensure consistency.
Additional inspections ensure that every single syringe meets visual, dimensional, functional and laboratory specifications to contain the least amount of particulates and defects possible.

This syringe is terminally sterilised in its peel pouch, enabling it to be aseptically presented to a sterile field.
