Let us show you how using ChloraPrep™ can substantially reduce the incidence of SSI1,2,3

At BD, we are passionate about healthcare and helping those that deliver it - from the hospital pharmacy to the nursing wards, the operating theatre to the patient bedside. We consistently provide superior products and services in pursuit of our purpose of advancing the world of health.

With the rise in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and healthcare acquired infections (HAI)4, reducing surgical site infections (SSI) is of growing importance.

BD recognises, choosing the right product and using it correctly can reduce SSI rates and the burden they have on the healthcare system. To ensure the correct use of our products we have produced the following training resources. Please click the links below to gain instant access.

They are currently re-writing our Standards and Recommendations for Safe Perioperative Practice. The Infection Control chapter is now available to read free of charge. It is still work in progress but this chapter has been prioritised due to the circumstances created by the current COVID-19 pandemic.
