  • Single tube collection, stabilisation, transport and storage
  • Formaldehyde-free, non-crosslinking stabilisation of circulating, cell-free DNA (ccfDNA)
  • Stabilisation:
    • 2 - 37°C for up to 3 days
    • 2 - 30°C for up to 7 days
    • 2 - 25°C for up to 10 days
    • Do not store blood-filled tubes below 2°C.

Samples collected in PAXgene® Blood DNA Tubes (IVD) were processed at one site (internal) on the QIAsymphony. Median DNA yield was 28.9 µg DNA/ml blood, with 95% of samples ≥18.2 µg DNA/ml blood. DNA purity is equally high, with an A260/A280 ratio of 1.7–1.913.
