Vicent Moncho
Hospital de Dénia, Conselleria de Sanitat, Spain

Vicent Moncho Mas holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Engineering, as well as a Master's in the Information and Knowledge Society. He is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Dénia Hospital and an associate consultant professor at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).

Since 2006, he has been involved in the Dénia Hospital project, aiming to create a pioneering center in technology, organization, and information systems. Under his leadership, the hospital opened in 2009 as a fully paperless facility, receiving several national awards. It became the first hospital in Spain and the second in Europe to reach stage 7 of the HIMSS EMRAM model.

In 2015, Dénia Hospital became the first hospital outside the U.S. to receive the HIMSS Davis Award, and it also won the Oracle Healthcare Innovation Customer Award.

His main professional challenge is to help transform the medical culture to better and more quickly embrace new technologies.

Naman Vyas is the Pharmacy Business Services and Continuous Improvement Manager at Cleveland Clinic London, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing patient safety through technology and innovation. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Naman brings deep expertise in operational improvement, digital transformation, and pharmacy services.

He was part of the core team instrumental in designing workflows for the launch of Cleveland Clinic's world-class London facility - renowned for its excellence in care and cutting-edge solutions. Naman collaborates closely with clinical and non-clinical teams across the healthcare ecosystem to implement data-driven, compliant improvements that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. He also leads pharmacy procurement and operations with a sharp focus on cost savings and quality assurance.

An active member of the HIMSS UK & Ireland Committee, Naman represents both pharmacy and the UK's private healthcare sector, contributing thought leadership on digital health and automation. He works hand-in-hand with healthcare technology vendors to guide innovation, identify market gaps, and shape solutions grounded in real-world practice.

Outside of work, Naman is a curious traveller and lifelong learner who enjoys exploring the world with his children and turning everyday moments into opportunities for discovery.

Abdullah O. Alshehry
King Fahad Medical City Riyadh

Dr. Alshehry earned his bachelor of pharmacy from King Saud University in 2010. Then, he joined King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) as a pharmacist and worked for five years as a staff pharmacist covering operation and automation services. Later, he moved to the United States and finished his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration at Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Alshehry completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in addition to a Teaching and scholarship in Academia certificate from the University of Houston.

Besides his professional work, he contributed to several published and unpublished clinical researchers and was an adjunct professor at the University of Houston. Currently, Dr. Alshehry is a critical care clinical pharmacist and director of pharmacy services at KFMC.

John Rayner

John Rayner is a Senior Director with HIMSS responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining HIMSS, John had a 36-year career in the English National Health Service, having first entered in 1979, he qualified as a Registered General Nurse shortly thereafter. John has broad NHS leadership experience having managed clinical services in acute hospitals, strategy in regional Health Authorities and operations in one of the largest Shared Service organisations in the UK.

John was the CIO for an acute Hospital Trust in the North of England and Managing Director of The Health Informatics Service one of the largest and most successful IM&T shared service organisations in the NHS. He is keen hill walker and general outdoor enthusiast and takes a personal interest in animal welfare and woodland conservation.
