Optimizing Thoracic Surgery Outcomes:
Infection Prevention, Haemostasis & Air Leak Management

April, 1st 2026 - 17:00 – 18:00 CET

Join us for this multi‑expert webinar addressing key challenges in thoracic surgery, with insights from specialists in thoracic complications, air‑leak management, hemostasis, and infection prevention. Prof. Bouabdallah, Prof. Cardillo, and Dr. Ricciardi will review the latest evidence and share practical experience across minimally invasive and complex procedures, with scientific moderation by Prof. Bille.

We will discuss evidence‑based strategies to manage thoracic complications, including hemostasis, controlling air leaks, and reducing infection risks, along with new data from the study “Absorbable Power Haemostat Use in Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery.” The session will also cover considerations for complex segmentectomy and strategies for managing prolonged air leaks and infection‑related risks.

Bring your reflections and questions—the webinar concludes with a live discussion.
